NON-CONTACT DATA DRIVEN COATING QUALITY CONTROL

Multicursor - Intelligent measurement system of polymerisation quality level enables zero-defect manufacturing. It removes manual curing inspection by real-time IR optic monitoring and intelligent machine learning ensures the collection of valuable data.

Multicursor is a non-contact photonics-based measurement system that is mounted on the curing line after each curing station.

Travelling furniture pieces are scanned by the sensor system indicating 15-80 data points for each scan.

The sensor information is processed in real-time.
If the system sees that measurements are below
a certain threshold the operator gets a warning.

Historical measurement data is stored & analyzed for further process analysis, documentation preparation and feedback for process improvements.

ADAPTIVE INFRARED OPTIC TECHNOLOGY

The infrared optical system can determine the quality of the non-contact varnish hardening at a distance of 5 cm from the measuring surface. Our adaptive technology can adapt to any UV varnish used in the furniture industry.

QUALITY CONTROL NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

Multisensor contactless system evaluates the hardening quality of each UV varnish layer in real-time.
This allows to identify the problematic layers on spot, identify reasons why hardening is not fully finished and alert the production staff about the changes.

INTELIGENT MACHINE LEARNING

Applied machine learning algorithms allows to understand different signals and their interpretations that come due to the changes of the orders and different UV varnishes.
